Pricing questions
What happens when my Pro trial ends?
With a card on file, you continue on Pro automatically. Without one, you simply return to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Extra devices deactivate softly; data is never destroyed.
What happens when Free AI tokens run out?
The one-time Free allowance doesn't refill. You can plug in your own AI provider key (no limits, billed to your account) or upgrade to Pro for 2M tokens a month.
Do plans change what my business type can do?
Never. Plans only control how much you can use and which cross-cutting extras are unlocked. Functionality comes from your business type.
